FAST/SINILOOM Rapier Weaving Machine

According to the domestic material supplying and actual technical process, FAST/SINILOOM is the developed flexible rapier weaving machine on the base of FAST to maximum realize the localization.

FAST/SINILOOM adopts conjugate cam beating up system, spatial linkage weft insertion system without ribbon guides in the shed, automatic pick finding controlled by microprocessor.

FAST/SINILOOM is flexible to weave cotton or synthetic yarn, worsted woolen and filament, suitable for any fabrics such as wool and worsted, light and medium cotton, denim and corduroy and artificial, synthetic, silk.

The weft insertion device is high precision and good rigidity. The gripper motion is characterized by its low acceleration value. While weft insertion, as the yarn is not overstrained, it is conducive to weft gripping, cutting and transfer. The width adjustments are made without the necessity of retiming the gripper stroke at the transfer point in the loom center. The ribbon moves perfectly straight in the shed, free from interference to yarns requiring no mechanical guides, which is suitable to weave high counts, high density fabric or slim, fragile yarns. Electronic let-off and electronic take-up systems improve the flexibility of the machine. The control system provides several methods of weft finding and cloth-fell compensation, which can escape start mark normally.

At present, FAST/SINILOOM Series has derivative products such as label weaving machine and wide jacquard weaving machine.
